DCP Plan: Every club should have a Distinguished Club Plan that the club officers put together. This plan is a map of how the club is going to succeed over the Toastmaster year. There are forms available that you can download and use to complete your club DCP Plan. Please be sure to email your plan to your Area, Division, and District Governor after it has been completed.
CL Manual Tracking Sheet: When you begin working in the new Competent Communicator Manual, you may find it a little hard to keep up with what you've done and when. The following sheet was created to help make this manual a little easier to manage.
Old CL/AL Award Application: If you need to apply for the old CL or AL award under the extension which run until June 30, 2008 please use the application below. You cannot use the new applications for this award. You must also fax these applications into Toastmasters International. You cannot apply for the old awards online.
Area Governor Visit: Area Governors visit each club within their Area for an official Toastmasters International report twice per year. Once in the Fall and again in the Spring. There is a form which outlines the areas of the club that will be looked at and reported on during the visit.
Club Information/Officer List: Each club must submit a new officer list by June 30th for the coming Toastmasters International year. Some clubs install officers semi-annually and for those club, information is again due by December 31st. There are a couple of ways to submit this information or if your club information changes to Toastmasters International. Submit the information online at www.toastmasters.org (left column of homepage under 'Club Business' or fill out the form and fax/mail it in. |
